Yesterday I placed an order of a trolley bag from swiggy because I was urgently required it as I was having an urgent business trip today. So I placed an order and some snacks for my trip the delivery guy just came with the snacks and he didn't got trolley bag. And when asked he said he didn't get the same from the store. As it was urgent I placed the order again and got the product but swiggy is not giving me the refund of the trolley bag placed earlier. I didn't shared the otp but I don't know how the delivery partner marked the order as delivered.
