Working at Brooke Army Medical Center? (Reviews please!)

Interested in potentially working at Brooke Army Medical Center. Does anyone on this sub have any reviews of working there? I'm a Nurse so I'm very interested on the nursing perspective (ratios, acuity of patients on Med surg etc...) but I'd love to hear from anyone (CNAs, Doctors, PTs, RTs etc...).

Reserves to AD as a Nursing Officer?

0-1 Nurse in the Air Force reserves here. I've worked as a civilian nurse for a few years before joining the reserve, and over the last few months, I've become incredibly burned out and sick of the two civilian nursing jobs I'm currently working. I genuinely just want to try something else. I'm in Texas and really want to try to work at BAMC as an Air Force Nurse (not contractor). I'm already familiar with Cerner and down to work Med Surg. Do you guys have any advice on how I would go about doing this? I've noticed in a lot of respects, things operate differently for medical staff than they do for enlisted and other officer AFSCs.

Even if the chances are slim, I still genuinely want to try. Where should I start?
