My sister (25f) found out she was pregnant a few weeks ago. She has been an alcoholic for a couple years and drinks heavily every single day - to the point of unconsciousness a lot of the time. She briefly stopped drinking after finding out about the baby but is right back to heavy drinking every day and vaping too. She ended up in the psych ward twice within the past week or so due to extreme intoxication/mental health episodes (she has bpd).

I am so angry at her for being so selfish. She is fully planning on keeping this baby but it seems like she has no intentions to even try to stop drinking. This also makes me worry about the baby's wellbeing after it's born
