Itch.io has ignored my DMCA for 18 days: Evidence of code theft and harassment (Ticket #360813)

Hello everyone. I’m a Ren'Py developer facing a serious issue. 18 days ago, I filed a formal DMCA with Itch.io (Ticket #360813) regarding a project that is using my decompiled 2022 source code (from my first game, 'Timeless Situation').

They didn't just steal the assets; they modified my original script.rpy to include targeted harassment, and defamation. I’ve provided a 27-page technical document to Itch.io mapping the code (they even kept my original typos and the same logic structure), but I haven't received any human response.

As a student and dev, it's painful to see my work used as a weapon for bullying while the platform stays silent. Has any other Ren'Py dev dealt with this? Any advice on how to escalate a DMCA when the support team is unresponsive?
