Too much top dressing?
I just hired a landscaper to mow, scarify, aerate, seed and top dress my existing lawn. I live in the PNW and the weather is just warming up to 18C. This is in a part sun area. Will the grass grow through?
The photo shows the most covered area.
Edit: in some spot, blades of grass poke through and not in others.
