As a frequent Instacart user, I’ve never had this happen… shopper had completed checkout and status was “Heading to you soon”. I had even been communicating with the shopper to pick out item replacements. All of a sudden, order status changes to “rescheduled delivery for tomorrow 7am-9am”.
I reached out to a specialist just to ask what was going on - simply looking for some context and insight as sometimes the app glitches or a status isn’t correct. This is the “support” offered…
I hope the shopper is ok. But what a bizarre experience… especially to have the Instacart specialist just abruptly end the chat.
