Hello I was taking a test on my computer when it randomly black screened and started looping this eerie audio. I didn’t have anything else open at the time only my Canvas page so I’m confused why it started playing this. Any help is appreciated thank you.

Edit: If anyone can make out what the audio says too that would also be greatly appreciated.
