Hey everyone,

Just got a slightly confusing review experience and I’m curious if anyone has seen this before.

Apple sent me this message during review (screenshot attached):

>“We began our review, but we are unable to continue because we need additional information about the app. Specifically, can you confirm that is the intended price of your In-App Purchase product, Premium (lifetime), Aura Premium (1 year), Aura Premium (1 month), Aura Premium - Monthly, Aura Premium - Yearly, and Aura Premium - Lifetime?”

A couple things felt odd:

  • I only have 2 subscriptions + 1 lifetime, yet they listed everything twice with different naming
  • The prices are correct and clearly configured in App Store Connect

I replied confirming that the prices were indeed intended, and also asked:

  • why everything appeared duplicated on their side
  • and what exactly triggered the question

Never got any response to those follow-ups.

But… a few minutes after my reply → app got approved

Not a blocker obviously, just a bit confusing.

Has anyone experienced this kind of “confirmation request → instant approval” flow?
Any idea what might trigger it on Apple’s side?
