for the context im a programmer from the electrical company also in the job description is programmer but the actual work na nag susupport ako from printer to network to linis ng pc laptop and other things basically technical support and the role i want which is programmer ay madalang lang pag may bug lang sa dashboard madalas talaga support also i do the document controller on that papirma dito pirma don ng mga document and my salary is 18k lang. feeling ko kase trabaho ng tatlo ginagawa ko and i want to resign na but wala pang aaplyan na iba.. pa advice po
