M26 thinning for years

Starting oral fin and topical min this week. Been thinning since my early 20’s but feel it has plateaued over recent years. Is my hair bad any chance of recovering most of it ?

Praxis official score release

Anybody that took the praxis early in April with the score release date of 5/8 have them available yet on the ETS website? I checked now after 5 pm EST and there is still nothing posted
