I‘ve been struggling with pelvic floor issues since mid July, and since early September I have had a spot in the lower left of my vaginal opening that pokes when I put pressure on it. I just want it gone…

My gyn does not notice any visible problems there. I had 2 months of external pelvic PT but the therapist seemed unsure what to do about that spot. There don’t seem to be that many resources where I live, so I feel very lost.

I do want to add that the poky spot is in the area where I was clenching most last summer when my anxiety got bad.

Can this be a knot of tight muscles? Can anyone offer some insight into how to treat it? Is it too late?
