applying to jobs is a job in of itself it’s a complete waste of time 90% of it is copy-pasting the same info into broken portals. I tracked how long job applications actually take and 23 minutes per app on average. If you're applying to 10+ jobs/day, that's nearly 4 hours on forms alone.

I just feel stuck, does anyone else?
