Too many people have kids without thinking.

I’ve been thinking about this recently bc I’ve been seeing a lot of people on instagram announcing their pregnancies at such young ages. People who don’t have stable relationships, job, or streams of income. I can’t imagine why anyone would ever have a kid without having a stable income and relationship. You are setting up that kid to be raised in an unstable environment. Why is it always the people from my high school who were always in drama and toxic relationships who are getting pregnant at 22 with some random ass BD and acting like it’s cute. That’s a whole ass human being who you’re bringing into the world without a second thought about its well being. I can understand that accidents happen and someone may personally not want an abortion for themselves and try to make the best of the situation. I’m specifically talking about people who intentionally get pregnant without any thought about the reality of what being a parent is and if they are prepared and can provide a healthy stable environment for their kid(s). It pisses me off.

Anyone else have heart palpitations from bloating?

I’ve had significantly worsened stomach issues since quitting vaping cold turkey a couple weeks ago. One of the weird symptoms I’ve had along with this is a racing heart and heart palpitations. This happens almost exclusively after having an incomplete bowel movement and when I’m the type of bloated where it feels like the pressure is pushing upwards instead of outwards. When this happens my heart will start racing ~ 110 and ill get extremely nauseas and need to sit/lay down. It almost feels like I’ve just run a couple miles with no water. Pretty much nothing I do can make it go away. It generally last an hour or two. I just have to sit down and wait for it to pass. Any standing or walking will make it significantly worse. The main reason I think this is related to my stomach issues is bc I’ve had times where this has been happening and having a good bm where it feels like I actually get everything out and my bloating goes away, has made it almost immediately stop. Has anyone else ever experienced this?

*also just for some context about my stomach issues. I have ibs-u. I don’t often have constipation/diarrhea. I go every morning and just usually have incomplete BMs and a lot of bloating. Not usually severe cramping or anything like that. I just constantly feel like I’m bloated and never fully ably to empty my bowels.
