Hello! I am attending Columbia College Chicago this fall and wanted to get a head start on my housing situation since I do not want to live in the provided dorms. I am looking for at least 1 bedroom, and something dog friendly (he's about 50lbs, but very well behaved)! I would like to stay under $2k if only 1 bed, but up to $2.6k if 2+. My credit score isn't the best, but I am willing to pay more upfront & would prefer to work with a private landlord. If anyone has any leads, please help a girl out!! I tried working with an agent, but they never messaged me back. I would love to stay on the Northside, but since my school is in the south loop- I'm open to other areas. Also looking for laundy in building (bonus if it's in unit or a place with hook-ups.)
