Hey everyone,

I just got a Roborock Saros 10R and I’m already running into an issue…

When I start vacuum mode, the main brush doesn’t properly lower.
It kind of moves up and down 2–3 times, then stays in the raised position.
As a result, suction is really poor since the brush isn’t touching the floor.

What I’ve tried so far:

Hard reset
Checked for any visible blockage → nothing
Installed everything correctly (brand new out of the box)

Has anyone experienced this before?
Is this a known issue or did I just get a defective unit?

Before I send it back, I’d love to know if there’s a fix 🙏
