Mental health matters until that person doesn’t work because of their mental health

People have no idea how severe mental illnesses can be (even though the biggest killer in men u50 is suicide and decent killer in women too).
Anxiety & depression is like a spectrum, some people suffer more than others because we all have
Different Minds
Different Limits
Different Battles
and I can assure you those who don’t work because of mental health/illness would love nothing more than to be at that point where they feel they’re contributing to themselves and society because at the moment those who aren’t working are not only barely surviving, they’re barely existing.

Being too aware of everything comes with depression. You see the evil and greed in the world far too easily. You notice even the slightest negative when it comes to body language, how someone speaks or how they see the world. You realise that most people you know are going to hell or maybe somewhere in the middle but definitely not heaven.

If you’re an empathic soft person it messes you up. But this is the reason you need to stay because we need more empathetic people like you to call this shit out.

one panic attack out of nowhere changed my life forever. I have so many panic attacks that i've been living life in constant survival mode with a brain that's been trying to kill itself for the last 6 years. The enjoyment is taken away whenever you try and push yourself because you're looking for the nearest exit whilst holding in your vomit as your brain is tricked into thinking you're on the front lines.

Depression hits hard as you lose all your interest in your hobbies whilst your 'friends' slowly dismiss you from the group and all of a sudden your in bed thinking how have i gone from a somewhat confident person with many friends to billy no mates with a heart rate constantly through the roof.

I'm sure many can relate.
