currently i am on 16.0.2.400(EX01B40P02) do i need to update 16.0.5.710(B40P02) or not please suggest.

Hey guys i found one smart rider card today at 7 pm near hayman theatre. I went to the library but no one was there who could take the card so let me know whose card it is and if no one contact me then i will give the card to the curtin connect on Tuesday because i don't have classes till Monday.
