I just got it.I know Shadow Gardevoir is one of the best fairy type attackers, but are the Ivs worth the extra stardust?

3 star max attack shadow magnezone. Do you guys think its worth the investment?

Its the 10th best electric attacker, 2nd not counting megas or legends (which i don’t have) and it doesn’t use elite tms.

With the rocket event coming up I’m wondering if I should remove frustration and power it up.
