international roaming for uk - jio or airtel?

Hi, I am trying to port my BSNL number on the International Roaming sim to Jio. I am trying to send the message to 1900 since 4-5 days, it is simply not working.. Is anyone else facing the same issue? I am in India now, but I will be returning in about a week's time back to work outside of India. Is there a customer care number for MNP(mobile number porting) to connect for resolution. I have mailed them, but no response yet. Any customer care number for mobile porting service(MNP)- please let me know.
