Budget grinder, used or new? [200€]

I am currently upgrading from my Barista Express to a Sage Dual Boiler, which i picked up cheap with a leak and was able to fix it. Now I definitely need a new grinder. Since i am a student i can‘t spend 4/500€ on a really nice grinder. So i read a lot and figured the Baratza Encore ESP should do the trick. It seems to be alright, and its affordable (150€ new).

Should I rather try to get e.g. a used Eureka Mignon which costs ~200€? If so, what should i look out for in a used grinder?

I am also looking at adding a the DIY Grind-by-weight function, so electric with a hopper is a must ( yes, singledosing is great, but I quite like the idea of grind-by-weight and have been looking for a nice esp32 project)

I am located in Germany. Most days i drink 1-3 espresso/flat whites.
