Is Alibaba Trade Assurance a scam?
I ordered a tractor. The thing was supposed to have a hydrostatic transmission system. When it showed up it was a 4 speed manual shift. There were also other things which were not as promised. In negotiations the seller offered a very small amount which was ridiculous. I have been waiting for a trade assurance representative for several weeks and so far I am hearing crickets. Anyone else have this experience?
