Do I need to do an English test in my case? (Bachelor degree)

Hello guys, I am an international student about to finish a 4 year bachelor degree at a public university in Canada (I will finish at the end of June). Therefore, I was wondering if I need to do an English test, such as the IELTS, in order to apply for a PGWP?
