I'm using DeepSeek on my Android phone (via browser or app), and I'd love a way to hear the responses spoken aloud, ideally with a simple speaker/play button right next to each response, like many other AI apps have.

Selecting, copying, and pasting into a separate TTS app is very clunky. Has anyone found a workaround for DeepSeek specifically? Maybe a browser extension that works on mobile, a third-party TTS overlay, or some setting I'm missing?
