Has anyone ordered anything from Aerial Essentials? If so, did you ever have any issues, of any kind?

How tf are you supposed to get this to work? Never had to deal with it before, ever. Same stupid error pop ups that a lot of others have gotten as well....associated with another acount bullshit. So how'd you get yours to work? Or give up and just get a gift card?
