Hi, first time posting here. I've struggled with tonsil stones for a few years. What does everyone use to get them out?? Any advice would be helpful, cuz I just don't really know how exactly to remove them?

I've tried in the past, but my gag reflex got in the way, and I've kind of developed a mental block for actually locating the stones due to the smell when I've tried before.... soo, some advice would be VERY helpful.
