I havent been to the gym in a long time and i want to go back so i can get more comfortable before summer (when theres more people) but i wanted to check if this is a good routine to build muscle? Im using my old routine but i just want to make sure its a good setup for a 5'5 140 pound 18 yr old who is FTM and has been on T for around 3 years. I just want to be like the other guys and know what to do lol.

Full routine:

Mondays: chest shoulder tricep

Tricep press 4 sets of 10

Single arm overhrad tricep ex 4 sets of 7-8 ( each side)

lat raise 3 sets of 8

shoulder press 3 sets of 7

pectoral fly 3 sets of 8

chest press 3 sets of 7

Tuesday: Back and biceps

Hammer curls 3 sets of 8

Dumbell row 3 sets of 10

barbell curl 3 sets of 8

lat pulldown 3sets of 8

straight arm pulldown 3 sets of 7

Seated row machine 3 sets of 8

Wednesdays (or combined with other days): leg and ab

Leg press 3 sets of 10

Ab machine 3 sets of 10

Leg curl machine 3 sets of 10

Leg extension 3 sets of 8

Thursday and friday: Repeating Monday and Tuesday
