I received an item today that was damaged in shipping… so I requested a replacement. I thought the option would be blocked if they didn’t support it. Then I checked Reddit… Now I’m terrified my account will get cancelled.

Has anyone had their account closed for requesting a replacement product? (Understand for future… FAQs say returns/replacements aren’t supported…)
