I haven't been to the gynecologist since 2019 so 7 years now. I am absolutely terrified of going back at this point. one of my friends was just diagnosed with breast cancer and I feel like I absolutely should go now but I just am scared to that there is going to be something really wrong with me and in some way if its incurable I just don't want to know. I am getting myself very upset and freaked out. how do you guys deal with going? I just want to cry right now with impending going
