Advice on weight for 9 week old

On mobile so apologies for any mistakes. Also not sure where to post so hopefully this is the right place!

Just got back from our pediatrician for our 2 month appointment and baby is very healthy! No problems but she was concerned for his weight. He’s 24” long, but only 11 lbs 6 oz. So 80th percentile for length but 20th for weight. She told me to start giving him a bottler with rice cereal in it once a day but I am not comfortable doing so until he is at least 4 months old, nor am I comfortable giving it in a bottle.

He’s EBF, with the occasional bottle that I pump so he can get used to them. Each BF session is 10-15 min long, and the bottle is usually 3.5-4.5 oz, depending on how hungry he seems. He also started sleeping through the night a few weeks ago! From about 9 pm to 5-7 am.

What should I do to try to get his weight up? He eats on demand throughout the day, normally about every 2 hours unless he’s napping. Should I start giving a bottle after each BF session? Or waking him up at night to eat? His dad and I are both pretty tall and his dad is pretty skinny as well, so I’m not sure if that’s why he’s not as heavy as his doc wants him to be.

I’ve got a 7 week old that just recently has decided that daytime naps are no longer for him. He sleeps great at night (4-7 hour stretches!) but during the day napping is almost impossible. Today I finally got him asleep and transferred to the bassinet when one of my cats pushed open the door of the bedroom, jumped up and straight up yelled in his face, waking him up. He wouldn’t go back down so we went for a walk, played, nursed and then I got him back down again in my arms just for the SAME CAT to come out from under the bed, jump up next to us and flick her tail all over his head before I could get her off the bed. He woke up again and is now extremely overtired and fussy. I love my cats but this one hates that we won’t let her in the bedroom(she tried to sleep in the bassinet while my LO was in there, and were scared she’ll suffocate him accidentally) so she won’t listen to me anymore and hates me and LO. The other cat has found her voice since we’ve been home from the hospital and screams all hours of the night, sometimes waking us all up. I know it will get better as he gets older but man does this suck right now.
