Please help me understand what's wrong with my wrists
Hi everyone, quick summary. And if you can't help, please suggest me subs which can.
After about 5 months of very inconsistent lifting (like 2-3x a month) I finally was able to get back into the gym at the start of March after caring for my girlfriend for a while.
Long story short I must've benched too heavy for my return and the next day I literally couldn't move my wrists at all without being in excruciating pain, which passed after about three days but still reappears every now and then.
Now whenever I start lifting again, albeit light, I have these pains. Last night I went to a party and since this morning my left wrist has been hurting whenever I do a slightly strenuous movement.
Please help me understand what's wrong with me.
