Minimum requirement
✔️ Completed at least 2 years of college (without back subjects)
✔️With at least 2-3 years of client service / calls / BPO experience
✔️Can start ASAP (in a few weeks)

Compensation
💰25-30k basic pay, up to 35k package

JOB DESCRIPTION
— A Client Service Representative (CSR) serves as the primary point of contact for clients, provides exceptional support and handles inquiries pertaining to the client's background screening program and overall account workflow.
— Supports basic client inquiries, process routine requests, basic operational involvement with the ability to follow established procedures.
— Ensures client orders and information requests are delivered on time and that Service Level Agreements are met.

CISIVE is a shared services background check company. Very chill and calm lang ang work environment, not your typical BPO office set-up na ngarag (kahit pa you're on calls).

OFFICE LOCATION
Vertis North Corporate Center (Near Trinoma)
*Currently full on-site, but might transition to hybrid set-up soon

WORK SCHEDULE
Fixed US hours / night shift (8 PM-5 AM, Sat-Sun off)
