24F. I just got admission in a MBA college away from home (in Coimbatore), it’s a basic college nothing too great. I salary is also average. The nature on campus is great. And I want to use it to my advantage to make content on Instagram and YouTube when I am there (this is the main reason I even am considering going to that college).

But I know nothing about mba, I have heard that it’s very busy and draining and so I am confused if I’ll even get time to make content on regular basis. There are also offers from colleges from Mumbai (a city) but I don’t want to take it up because I feel like I’ll get lost in the crowd there and won’t be able to focus on the life that I want.

I have a history of choosing colleges that are prestigious in nature, but now I’ve come to realise that they just take a lot out of you and the whole flex is not about you and how much you grew but that you belong to that college. I don’t want to do that anymore. I want my work to speak for me. But then I have other thoughts like- what if for mba, what college you choose play a very important role? In you personal growth. What if I choose a wrong college.

How big of a part does college play? considering my interests what will be a better option for me? Please help
