I'm on my 3rd day on 5mg for panic disorder/agoraphobia and I can't stop crying. I feel so pessimistic and just want everything to end and to feel some tranquility. Will it ever get better? Or will I live like this forever?

do you think a jump from 25 to 50mg after a week is okay? im not seeing my doctor until the 12th of may and i dont want to stay on 25 until then
Is there anyone with panic disorder / agoraphobia that has gotten better with zoloft? I really don't know if there's hope for me with this drug.
I don't want to get too pessimistic but I really need to hear someone's positive experience

Today is my second day on 25mg sertraline and before that I took 12.5 for about a week. So far I have no side effects.
Maybe a stupid question but does this mean it's not working / won't be efficient?
