I'm not sure if I followed the correct procedure, but afaik I just needed to write an email to streamingdv@outlook.com and explain the issue. I did it within the 48 hours they give us for such purpose but had no luck at all. What am I missing? I already checked the spam bin and replied to the mail they sent me with the licence. I haven't even used it.
