Wondering if I should look for something else. This job is easy tech support and I’m not learning anything. Also no real growth opportunities. Would it be weird to start looking for an IT support role in an actual IT company, where there’s room for growth into something more? Very interested in cloud infrastructure, so I’m taking a cert exam next week.
