I’m trying to run GTA RP but when I start walking, I notice holes in the map and stutters in the game I have a i5-11400f and it’s running at about 4 GHz that’s the speed and for some reason it’s being used 100% while my GPU(3060) is sitting at 3% and I don’t know if this changes something but I’m playing on a 55 inch TV currently I don’t really know what else to say so if you need any more information to help me just ask

I’m in middle school and about to go onto summer so I want a lot of extra spending money for the places I’m going to but because I’m gonna be traveling a lot I can’t just stay in one place to make money so I’m trying to see if there are ways I can make money off of just posting videos using AI or other ideas if you have a Meathod, could you explain it?
