As the title states: I’m trying to decide between the seestern sub 300t in aventurine dial or in the navy dial. The aventurine seems so unique and fun, but the navy way more classy and elegant, afraid the aventurine would be too flashy. On top of making the decision harder, the aventurine is $30 cheaper on AliExpress right now, is it worth $30 more for the navy dial? Anyone have both and recommend one over the other? I’ve seen people online say that the aventurine is more of a black or dark indigo/violet color rather than a brighter blue or navy, but still can’t decide.

I’m currently in the market for a watch to take on a trip in about a month. I’m specifically looking for a dive watch style but more specifically a vintage diver/skin diver style that’s colorful/has saturated dial or hand colors (think like bulova/caravelle devil diver, doxa sub300, zodiac super seawolf, or even timex q styles). I’m not looking to spend more than $200 in case it gets lost, stolen, or damaged. I think I’ve narrowed my options down to Sheffield world time solar quartz, seestern sub300t [in either orange, navy, or aventurine (maybe)], thorn t023 tropical dial as my main options, but I can’t decide between them. I love the look of the seestern sub300t but I’m worried I couldn’t pull off the chunky case, and I love the orange dial but am afraid it would be too hard to pair with outfits. Does anyone have these and can point me in the right direction? Any other recommendations for the price range? I know the price is limiting to find a good watch in the right style, but any help is appreciated.
