Been getting more serious about my training lately and I keep running into the same issues — hydration, recovery, energy — and every product I try either tastes terrible, has ingredients I don't want, or just doesn't actually work as advertised.
Genuinely curious what problems you guys still haven't found a good solution for. Before training, during, or after. Anything goes.
Not selling anything, just trying to understand what actually bothers people who train seriously.
