For highway patrol, do you ever sit in a work zone and just marvel at that the people who have ignored the "right lane closed ahead" signs for the last 3 miles and are now trying to funnel one lane? lane?

Is it normal at every track that the haulers get pressure washed and shined up the minute they pull in?

This week at Watkins I've noticed all the haulers are getting washed right in the driveway when they pull in. Is this normal?

We have had 11+ inches of rain here since early April and from what I'm seeing driving by and online it looks bad as campers and haulers start to go in.
