I 23M had a root canal done on a tooth 5+ years back and now it's begun to hurt bad.

My dentist is saying that we can for a re-endo but there's a good chance the tooth breaks midway.

What are your opinions?

Should I go for the re endo and hope for the best or just get it over with and get it extracted for much cheaper.
