I'm so fucking tired of coming into work when both of my team leads and other coworker haven't done shit their whole shift.I come in at 2 and I see orders from as early as 7 AM because apparently delivery is more important.I have one team lead that calls out all of the time and doesn't operate PE or will even help pull orders at all because she is "too old" despite the fact she isn't even out of her 40s.Then the other one comes in late all of the time and will start orders just to never finish them and if he does he won't stage them and will just leave them in random places. Then they have the balls to sit there and tell me I'll get written up if I can't pull the deliveries before the next day by myself despite the fact that the 3 of the them couldn't do it together ,but I gotta do it by myself. The worst part is that they use to actually be great leads and I felt lucky to have them, but now they are always leaving me and our new guy with the bullshit from the day. This is why people don't stay and work for companies like they use to because of shit management.Once they realize you are a good, consistent, reliable hard worker they will work you into the ground until you can't no more.Im so burnt out I'm considering a job that only pays 13 an hour just so I can leave Lowe's,but I keep telling myself to wait it out for a better job.I miss how my co workers use to be and that I didn't have to go into over drive to just get the job done.
