learning to play udyr?

How do you learn to play him? I got him one time in an ARAM game and really liked his playstyle but i find it deeply confusing. I do not know what to build or what runes to take with him, and most of the matches i end up doing nothing or straight up throwing.

I play him jungle, but i have heard he is good in top lane so i might give him a try there.

Also i searched for a reddit about udyr mains but it seems to be abandoned so i went here lol.

Hello, i am a newer player, have been playing the game since 2018 and i recently have been in a mood to start climbing the ranks. I mainly play 3-4 champs regularly: neeko, poppy, briar and lillia (support and jungle, though sometimes i go top). I plan to stick with these champions because i really enjoy their playstyle and vibe with them a lot. My deal is that i've heard that having a lot of champions is bad and that you need to stick with one to better yourself at the game. I would like to ask your opinions and help with this.

If it helps, my most played champion is neeko at mastery 20 and my least played is lillia at 11.
