I’ve been using the nest indoor drop cam and the wired outdoor cam for a few years now, and a couple of months ago. The cameras stopped showing up on my Google Home feed. It was just a black box that said video unavailable.

after being frustrated with this long enough, I decided to reset both cameras, but now I can no longer get them to connect to my Google Home app. The app finds them and attempts to connect, but I cannot connect to either device in order to initiate set up I have tried using the nest app and the Google Home app but no luck on either one.
