How to find someone to buy Nara deer squeaky plushies from the Nara train station and mail it to the U.S.?

I accidentally broke my son’s beloved souvenir Nara plushie squeaky deer toy (a stick about 16 inches/41 cm long and 2 inches/5 cm in diameter) that we got from the Nara train station. I looked online including the manufacture’s website and it’s basically not sold online.

Is there a service where I can pay someone in/near Nara to buy a few more of these toys and ship them to the U.S.? It’s only sold in Nara because I saw similar toys in Osaka but it’s not exactly the same type.

This is a very special squeaky toy my son got from Japan. After I washed it we could feel there was still some soggy material inside (we didn’t know it was contained in a plastic bag!) that refused to dry after a week. Today I squeezed it from the bottom to get water out and worked up and near the top I heard a pop and it stopped squeaking!!

I found this video that opens up a similar toy (screenshots shared here) that shows a thin plastic bag attached to a squeaker top. I can feel the squeaker top at the top of the toy and I think the attachment between the squeaker and plastic ripped. What‘s the best way to fix this plastic bag and attachment if we want to continue to use the current squeaker bag?

Thanks for your help! We are so sad because this is his favorite toy!
