Is this Green Shimmer? Roman Anthony /99.

So, I won an auction for a large binder of sports cards. It contains well over 800 cards, and is largely inserts. The listing is decidedly weird, and the album was displayed without photos but with a strange fast forwarded video of someone flipping the pages. Really odd. I bid on it a day or two ago and forgot. I won the thing for under $2, the seller cancelled and sent me the below message. I have some ideas but, what would you all do?
