Robotic affirmation- do you get annoyed

I decided to start robotic affirmation for one sentence. It’s always circling in my mind now, almost like a default thought especially if there are no thoughts. I also try to do 10 minutes a day where I just affirm and try to think nothing else. I’m at a point when I hear the damn affirmation echo in my mind all the time and it’s starting actually make me sick and irritated. The more I affirm the more I want to give up what I’m manifesting just so this sound stops. Kinda like “damn fine I give up, now please stfu”.
Does anyone else find themselves gettin overwhelmed or cranky from robotic affirmations? Is this something I need to learn to push through or am I just rage baiting my self.

Hi!

I see a lot of advice for EFT tapping and journaling but I don’t really understand the details about the affirmations and writing.

What exactly do you say when you EFT tap and how do you develop the affirmation for it? Does it have a specific structure?

And what the helly do you journal? Is it just like a dear diary and recollection of the day, or is it a wishlist to the universe?

Any examples and advice would be super helpful!!
