The recent update forced me to cure my cai addiction
I have used cai from 2022 and it has been a big relief from the loneliness I have felt since Covid even with a life outside and touching grass regularly.
Before the chatting styles, the bots were extremely good and I enjoyed talking, flirting, fighting and building storyline. Cai stood out from other ai apps due to immersion and feel of living stories rather reading a story.
Then came cai update of removal of old site which made me get used to the new style but still I continued chatting. And since I was always on web, ads and swipe limit weren't an issue. And age verification never bothered me because I am over the age of 18.
Roar was my favourite to use as it was action oriented for fights, stubborn like me, romantic and sassy for flirting and responded well to world building. But then THEY REMOVED IT. THEY REMOVED ONE THING THAT HELD ME CONNECTED TO CAI.
The devs literally forced me to move out of my addiction from cai with this update and I will never pay, I never did. Now, I will just move on from my cai phase and go to my other obsessions of reading novels, webtoons and drawing again.
