I tend to overthink and catastrophize a lot. For example, I just wasted several hours looking for songs that describe this, because in that moment I felt like it was the most important thing in the world! I would love to hear some song that's message is basically "What are you so worried about? This is nothing!". Even songs that call the listener silly for thinking the way they do.
A lot of the songs I've found in my spiral a few moments ago still seemed to play up the significance of the difficulty being faced, with messages along the lines of "it's alright, you can get through this." The thing is, oftentimes there's nothing major TO get through!
