Am I Screwed On My Accessory Returm
I bought an accessory from a retail store (a pair of headphones) that was around $500. It had been past the return policy because I wasn’t aware of a newer model coming out. The store didn’t mind returning them but it gave them an error so they reached out to customer service and they approved the return and sent me a shipping label. Months later still haven’t received my refund and I called customer service they told me I cannot receive a refund even though I have returned the equipment already.
