Pros
- fighter specific animation, they did a pretty good job on this one, many beta fighters really mimic their real life counterpart instead of using a fighter profile template like UFC 5, at the same time it made some fighters insanely overpowered online (pro and also con) curious how they gonna balance this one
- every strike carries impact: from a single jab to a leg kick, everything you throw will get reaction on your opponent, this change the feel of the game completely
- Free flow combos (finally): as we all know, get to Div 20 in UFC 5 and ace striking is all about memorize pre-made combos no matter how dumb and unrealistic it looks, your strike speed and damage all depend on it. but free flow combo is finally back in UFC 6, you can mix and match with your combos via your creativity, this is a game changer.
- movement and punch speed adjustment feels right, you can't back peddle out in a middle of exchange anymore, all down syndromed animation delay in UFC 5 are gone. A positive change.
Con:
Damage: it's even more retarded than UFC 5, a single combo from a none power fighter can easily drop you.
Flow state: dumb as fook, completely break the MMA sim vibe and turns everything into DBZ feel.
So more positive than negative at least according to beta
